Asian Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs orange juice
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs ginger, minced
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs butter
This is a wonderful sauce with an Asian flair.. It is perfect served warm as a dipping sauce for shrimp or cooked cubed chicken.
  • Mix 1 tbs of the pineapple juice with the cornstarch. Set aside.
  • Combine the remaining juice and remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  • Let cool.
