Dijon Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise | ||
1 tbs Dijon mustard | ||
1 tbs A-1 steak sauce | ||
1 tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice | ||
1 egg yolk | ||
1 tbs Worcestershire | ||
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil |
This sauce is great for crab cakes and seafood, mixed crispy vegetables or french fries.
- In a small bowl add all ingredients except the olive oil.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until all ingredient are well combined.
