Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
| 1 cup cottage cheese | ||
| 1/3 cup buttermilk | ||
| 2 tbs crumbled blue cheese | ||
| kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste |
Super simple and delicious. You can use any kind of blue cheese that you like.
- Place all ingredients except for the cheese and blend until smooth
- Pour dressing into a bowl and stir in the blue cheese
