Spiced Pear and Banana Smoothie Cocktail
Ingredients
2 pears, quartered | ||
1 banana, cut into chunks | ||
2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt | ||
1 tbs honey | ||
1 tbs honey | ||
pinch of ground nutmeg. | ||
pinch of ground nutmeg. |
Healthy and delicious. Recipe may be doubled or tripled. You can serve as virgin or you may add some rum.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate and serve.
