Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup hot milk
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • dash of salt
This a super simple easy to make chocolate sauce that is great drizzled over ice cream.

 

  • Put all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
  • Process and blend until the chocolate is liquefied and the source is thick and creamy.
