Caesar Shrimp and Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1 lb of cooked tiny shrimp | ||
1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved | ||
6 cups corkscrew pasta | ||
3 green onions, sliced | ||
1 avocado | ||
2 celery sticks, cut into 1/8 inch pieces | ||
1 cup of store brought Caesar dressing | ||
kosher salt and fresh black pepper to taste |
- Chop vegetables.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse pasta, and cool.
- In a large bowl combine the pasta, shrimp and vegetables.
