Caesar Shrimp and Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of cooked tiny shrimp
  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 cups corkscrew pasta
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 celery sticks, cut into 1/8 inch pieces
  • 1 cup of store brought Caesar dressing
  • kosher salt and fresh black pepper to taste

 

  • Chop vegetables.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Rinse pasta, and cool.
  • In a large bowl combine the pasta, shrimp and vegetables.
