Energy Recharge Beverage

Ingredients

2 cups tomato juice
2 stalks of celery, chopped up
2 carrots, grated
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbs of lemon juice
several dashes of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco
1 tsp kosher salt
dash of pepper

This is a healthy vegetable drink that is super simple to prepare. It contains no artificial ingredients or preservatives.  Makes 2 servings.

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Cover and blend about 20 seconds or until thoroughly blended.
