Vanilla Dessert Glaze
Ingredients
| 5 tbs whipping cream | ||
| 1 tbs softened unsalted butter | ||
| pinch of salt | ||
| 2 cups confectioners sugar | ||
| 1 tsp pure vanilla extract |
This is a glaze that is perfect for pound cake or donuts. For a pure white color use vegetable shortening instead of the butter.
- Place all ingredients into a blender container.
- Blend for about 20 seconds or until smooth.
