Avocado Ring Salad
Ingredients
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin | ||
1/2 cup hot water | ||
1 avocado, peeled and diced | ||
1 tbs lemon juice | ||
1 cup sour cream | ||
1 tsp sugar | ||
1/2 tsp kosher salt | ||
1 tsp onion powder | ||
dash of fresh cracked black pepper | ||
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
- Place the hot water and gelatin in a blender.
- Blend for 20 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the blender container if necessary. Continue blending until smooth.
- Take care not to over blend.
- Pour the mixture into a 3 cup ring mold.
- Chill until firm.
