Guyana Crab Cakes
Ingredients
| 1 lb of crab meat, jumbo lump, snow or king crab | ||
| 4 tbs honey | ||
| 1 cup mayonnaise | ||
| 1 medium onion, minced | ||
| 1 large red pepper, minced | ||
| 4 tbs jerk spice | ||
| 1 and 1/2 cups bread crumbs | ||
| 4 tbs butter |
- Gently combine all ingredients, except for the butter.
- Form 12 to 15 crab cakes
- Fry crab in butter at medium heat until golden brown on each side.
