Rum Mini Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs white rum
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish
This is a super simple recipe that you can put together in about 20 minutes.

 

  • Combine all ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls.
  • Place meatballs on a greased baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 15 ┬áminutes, turning once.
  • Serve with toothpicks.
