Rum Mini Meat Balls
Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck | ||
1 clove garlic, minced | ||
2 tbs white rum | ||
2 tbs soy sauce | ||
1 tsp ground ginger | ||
Parmesan cheese for garnish |
This is a super simple recipe that you can put together in about 20 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls.
- Place meatballs on a greased baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 15 minutes, turning once.
- Serve with toothpicks.
