Creme Fraiche Buttermilk Salad Dressing
- 3/4 cup Creme Fraiche
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- fines herbs; summer savory, dill etc. to taste
- splash of apple cider vinegar
This is delicious herb filled dressing highlighted by the flavor of Creme Fraiche.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Let the dressing sit for an hour to allow flavors to meld.
