Mango Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mango's, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
This is super simple delicious sauce that goes well with fish our chicken or poured over ice cream.
Directions:
  • In a sauce pan over medium heat add the mango, cream and lemon juice
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat until thickened.
  • Allow mixture to cool slightly, then add to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture in a bowl through a wire mesh strainer.
