Pasta with Goat Cheese and Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta cooked according to package directions
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 lb sun dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small bunch of basil, chopped
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
This pasta along with creamy goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes is a flavor explosion.

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain and add all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
