Creamy Shrimp Dip with Sherry
Ingredients
| 1 cup mayonnaise | ||
| 1/2 cup sour cream | ||
| 2 tbs ketchup | ||
| 2 tbs onion, minced | ||
| 2 tbs dry sherry | ||
| 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper | ||
| 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 1 lb of baby shrimp, coarsely chopped |
This dip is a perfect appetizer for a cocktail party or holiday gathering.
- Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, onion, sherry, cayenne and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add the shrimp and mix well.
- Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
