Japanese Radish and Chili Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 radishes, grated
  • 1 dried chili, seeded and crushed
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 6 tbs of soy sauce
  • 2 tbs, super fine sugar
  • 3 tbs toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbs orange juice

This is a wonderful sauce that goes well with grilled seafood.

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Allow flavors to mingle for 30 minutes.
  • Serve in small individual bowls as a dipping sauce.
