Japanese Radish and Chili Sauce
Ingredients
8 radishes, grated | ||
1 dried chili, seeded and crushed | ||
1 tbs sesame oil | ||
1/2 onion, minced | ||
6 tbs of soy sauce | ||
2 tbs, super fine sugar | ||
3 tbs toasted sesame seeds | ||
2 tbs orange juice |
This is a wonderful sauce that goes well with grilled seafood.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Allow flavors to mingle for 30 minutes.
- Serve in small individual bowls as a dipping sauce.
