Japanese Wasabi Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 7 tbs of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs of wasabi paste (from tube) or from dried mixed with water
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

This is a super simple sauce that goes well with seafood and meat alike.

  • Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  • Chill and allow flavors to develop.
  • Serve as a dipping sauce of slathered on meat or fish.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
