Lemon Sour Cream and Chive Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 2 tbs chopped chives
  • pinch of salt
This is super simple delicious sauce that works equally as well on poultry or seafood.

 

  • Mix all ingredients and  refrigerate covered for 1 hour.
  • Allow to return to room temperature before serving.
