Smoked Trout Pate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs horseradish
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tbs dill, chopped
  • 1 smoked trout, boned and flaked
This is a great appetizer to spread on crackers of crusty bread.


Directions:

  • Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Stir in dill and trout.
  • Chill.
  • Serve with crackers and or dark crusty bread.
