Smoked Trout Pate
Ingredients
1/2 lb of cream cheese, softened | ||
1/4 cup mayonnaise | ||
1 tbs horseradish | ||
juice of 1 lemon | ||
1/2 tbs dill, chopped | ||
1 smoked trout, boned and flaked |
This is a great appetizer to spread on crackers of crusty bread.
Directions:
- Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish and lemon juice until smooth.
- Stir in dill and trout.
- Chill.
- Serve with crackers and or dark crusty bread.
