Veal Chops with Herb Mustard Butter
Ingredients
6 veal chops, about 2 inches thick | ||
(1/2 lb) of whipped unsalted butter | ||
1 tbs of mixed herbs ( thyme, sage, rosemary, etc) | ||
3 tsp of honey mustard |
Herbs bring out the wonderful flavor of these veal chops.
- Broil veal chops, about 7 minutes per side until medium.
- Blend together the butter and the herb mixture.
- Just before serving chops top with a dollop of the herb butter mixture.
