Sweet Chili Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
2 lbs of shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined | ||
1/2 cup mayonnaise | ||
1/2 cup chili sauce | ||
1 clove garlic, minced | ||
2 tbs sweet pickle relish | ||
1 tsp Dijon mustard | ||
1 tsp Dijon mustard | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste | ||
1 head, butter or Boston lettuce |
This is a great appetizer that is a perfect start for a dinner party.
- Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic, pickle relish, Dijon mustard, chopped scallion.
- Mix well, taste then season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add shrimp and gently mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- You may serve on a platter lined with lettuce or on individual plates in butter lettuce cups.
