Healthy Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients
2 tbs of safflower oil | ||
2 tbs rice wine vinegar | ||
2 tbs sparkling mineral water | ||
1 and 1/2 tbs lime juice | ||
1 tbs whole grain mustard | ||
2 tbs minced shallots | ||
1 tbs chopped chives | ||
dash of kosher salt | ||
dash of white pepper |
This is a very light dressing that is full of flavor.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
- Serve over fresh greens.
- Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
