Apricot Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup apricot jam | ||
1/2 cup pineapple juice | ||
4 tbs dry mustard | ||
2 tbs soy sauce | ||
2 tsp grated lemon peel | ||
1/4 cup lemon juice |
This is a sauce that goes will with chicken, fish or pork.
- In a sauce pan stir pineapple juice into mustard until mixture is smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Heat using low heat, stirring constantly until jam is melted.
