Blue Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 8 oz of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (6 oz) can of pineapple juice
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of ice cubes
Blue berries are super healthy and should play a larger part in our diets. This is a delicious way to jump start healthy eating.

  • In a blender place blueberries, yogurt, milk, pineapple juice and honey and blend until smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes, a few at a time and blend until crushed.
