Blue Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups of blueberries, fresh or frozen | ||
8 oz of vanilla yogurt | ||
1 cup milk | ||
1 (6 oz) can of pineapple juice | ||
3 tbs honey | ||
1 and 1/2 cups of ice cubes |
Blue berries are super healthy and should play a larger part in our diets. This is a delicious way to jump start healthy eating.
- In a blender place blueberries, yogurt, milk, pineapple juice and honey and blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes, a few at a time and blend until crushed.
