Cranberry Raisin Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup whole cranberries
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add raisins.
  • Stir in egg, cranberries and oil.
  • Add dry ingredients to cranberry mixture.
  • Stir just until mixed.
  • Pour into pan and bake about 45 minutes or until well browned.
  • Cool and serve.
