New Orleans Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup of mayonnaise | ||
1 tsp dry mustard | ||
1 tsp onion grated | ||
2 tbs parsley | ||
1 tsp celery, minced | ||
1 tsp bell pepper, minced | ||
1 clove garlic, passed through a garlic press | ||
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper | ||
2 tbs dill pickle, chopped | ||
2 tbs capers, drained and chopped | ||
1 scallion, minced |
- Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least hour.
- Recipe may be doubled.
