Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries | ||
1 cup of fat free yogurt | ||
2 tbs honey | ||
1/2 cup crushed ice or 4 to 5 ice cubes |
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Recipe may be doubled.
