Sherry Wine Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 3 tbs sweet pickle relish, drained
  • 2 tbs parsley, minced
  • 2 tbs pimento stuff olives, chopped
  • 1 tsp capers, chopped
  • 1 tbs onion, chopped
  • dash of kosher salt
  • Mix all ingredients together well.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to all flavors to marry.
  • Bring to room temperature before serving.
