Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of small cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tbs onion, grated
  • 2 tbs sweet pickle relish
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • lettuce for serving
  • Combine all ingredients except for lettuce and gently mix well.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve atop lettuce leaves.
