Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
1 lb of small cooked shrimp | ||
1 cup chopped celery | ||
1 tbs onion, grated | ||
2 tbs sweet pickle relish | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste | ||
1/4 cup mayonnaise | ||
lettuce for serving | ||
fennel fronds for garnish |
- Combine all ingredients except for lettuce and gently mix well.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve atop lettuce leaves.
