Blueberry Filled Cantaloupe
Ingredients
3 cantaloupes, chilled | ||
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries | ||
1/2 cup grenadine | ||
2 tbs lime juice | ||
6 tbs sifted confectioners sugar | ||
fresh mint leaves |
- Cut melons into half and remove seeds.
- Combine blueberries. grenadine,lime juice and confectioners sugar.
- Divide mixture evenly among the cantaloupe halves.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
