Deviled Surimi Seafood Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Alaska Surimi seafood
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Gently mix well to combine.
  • Store covered and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
  • May be served atop lettuce or in sandwiches.
