“Ginger Garlic Paste”
- 3 tbs of garlic, pressed
- 3 tbs of ginger, pureed
This is a very easy condiment to prepare. I works especially well with Indian food or Asian stir fry’s. Makes 1/4 cup.
- Add garlic and ginger to a small bowl and mix well.
- The paste may be used by the teaspoon full to mix with stir fry’s or sauces.
- May be stored refrigerated for up to 1 month.
