Spicy Madras Curry Dip
- 1 cup Greek style yogurt
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 1 tsp mango puree
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbs cilantro
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp ginger, mashed
- 2 hot red chili peppers,minced
This flavorful dips works with seafood, chicken or pork.
- Whisk the yogurt,lime juice and curry powder together in a bowl.
- Stir in the mango puree, garlic, cilantro, green onion and hot peppers and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
