Spicy Madras Curry Dip
Ingredients
1 cup Greek style yogurt | ||
Juice from 1 lime | ||
1 tbs curry powder | ||
1 tsp mango puree | ||
2 cloves garlic, minced | ||
2 tbs cilantro | ||
1 green onion, sliced | ||
1 tsp ginger, mashed | ||
2 hot red chili peppers,minced |
This flavorful dips works with seafood, chicken or pork.
- Whisk the yogurt,lime juice and curry powder together in a bowl.
- Stir in the mango puree, garlic, cilantro, green onion and hot peppers and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
