Spicy Madras Curry Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek style yogurt
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 tbs curry powder
  • 1 tsp mango puree
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs cilantro
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger, mashed
  • 2 hot red chili peppers,minced

This flavorful dips works with seafood, chicken or pork.

  • Whisk the yogurt,lime juice and curry powder together in a bowl.
  • Stir in the mango puree, garlic, cilantro, green onion and hot peppers and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
