Soy Milk Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
3 cups plain or vanilla soy milk | ||
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks | ||
1/2 cup frozen strawberries | ||
1/2 cup frozen raspberries | ||
1 tsp vanilla extract | ||
1/3 cup of sugar |
- Peel and cut bananas into chunks. Place in a zip lock bag and freeze overnight.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
