Soy Milk Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain or vanilla soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • Peel and cut bananas into chunks. Place in a zip lock bag and freeze overnight.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
