Garlic Spiced Olives
Ingredients
1 lb of mixed olives (your choice of varieties) drained rinsed | ||
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil | ||
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed | ||
1 tbs oregano | ||
kosher salt and fresh black pepper to taste |
- Add all ingredients to a large covered bowl.
- Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving bring olives to room temperature.
- Serve on a platter with toothpicks.
