All purpose Barbecue Mop
Ingredients
4 quarts beef stock | ||
1 pint cider vinegar | ||
1 pint vegetable oil | ||
4 tbs kosher salt | ||
3 tbs dry mustard | ||
2 tbs garlic powder | ||
1 tbs ground bay leaves | ||
2 tbs chili powder | ||
3 tbs paprika | ||
1 pint Worcestershire sauce |
- Add all ingredients to beef stock, cover and let stand in the refrigerator over night.
- Use to baste meat during cooking.
