All purpose Barbecue Mop

Ingredients

  • 4 quarts beef stock
  • 1 pint cider vinegar
  • 1 pint vegetable oil
  • 4 tbs kosher salt
  • 3 tbs dry mustard
  • 2 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tbs ground bay leaves
  • 2 tbs chili powder
  • 3 tbs paprika
  • 1 pint Worcestershire sauce
  • Add all ingredients to beef stock, cover and let stand in the refrigerator over night.
  • Use to baste meat during cooking.
