Barbecued Flank Steak
Ingredients
2 flank steaks. about 1 and 1/2 lbs each | ||
1 cup chili sauce | ||
1/2 cup red wine vinegar | ||
1 cup red wine | ||
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce | ||
1 tsp onion powder | ||
1 tsp garlic powder | ||
2 tsp prepared mustard | ||
2 tsp kosher salt | ||
1 tsp black pepper | ||
1/4 cup canola oil | ||
1 can beef stock |
- Add all ingredients to a shallow baking pan.
- Add the flank steaks and marinate covered in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove, drain and grill.
- To serve cut into slices across the grain.
