Barbecued Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 flank steaks. about 1 and 1/2 lbs each
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 can beef stock
  • Add all ingredients to a shallow baking pan.
  • Add the flank steaks and marinate covered in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Remove, drain and grill.
  • To serve cut into slices across the grain.
