Dry Rub for Poultry
Ingredients
6 tbs dried sage | ||
3 tbs kosher salt | ||
3 tbs black pepper | ||
2 tbs garlic powder | ||
2 tbs dry mustard |
- Rub into poultry before barbecuing.
- Let meat rest for one hour before placing over coals.
- Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
