Dry Rub for Poultry

Ingredients

  • 6 tbs dried sage
  • 3 tbs kosher salt
  • 3 tbs black pepper
  • 2 tbs garlic powder
  • 2 tbs dry mustard
  • Rub into poultry before barbecuing.
  • Let meat rest for one hour before placing over coals.
  • Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
