Prosciutto with Melon
Ingredients
1 cantaloupe and or honey dew melon | ||
20 slices of prosciutto | ||
extra virgin olive oil | ||
fresh cracked black pepper to taste |
- Cut melon in half lengthwise, remove seeds and slice into 20 thin wedges.
- Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each wedge.
- Drizzle with olive oil and a few grinds of black pepper.
