Asian Marinated Tri-Tip Steak
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 lbs of Tri-tip steak | ||
3/4 cup soy sauce | ||
2 cloves garlic, crushed | ||
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated | ||
1 tbs canola oil | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste |
- Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oil, salt and pepper in a zip lock plastic bag.
- Add the steak, seal and marinate for 2 to 3 hours, turning several times.
- Cook steak over hot grills for about 45 minutes, turning once until desired doneness is achieved.
