Bacon and Orange Marmalade Sandwich on Pumpernickel

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of bacon, until cooked , but not crispy
  • 8 slices of pumpernickel bread
  • 1 jar of orange marmalade
  • 1 stick of butter, softened
  • Cook bacon until cooked, but not crispy.
  • Slightly toast bread.
  • On each slice of bread, spread butter, then spread┬ámarmalade.
  • Add 4 to 5 slices of bacon to 4 slices of bread then top with another slice.
