Bacon and Orange Marmalade Sandwich on Pumpernickel

Ingredients

1 lb of bacon, until cooked , but not crispy
8 slices of pumpernickel bread
1 jar of orange marmalade
1 stick of butter, softened
  • Cook bacon until cooked, but not crispy.
  • Slightly toast bread.
  • On each slice of bread, spread butter, then spread marmalade.
  • Add 4 to 5 slices of bacon to 4 slices of bread then top with another slice.
