Baked Corn Casserole
Ingredients
1 (16oz) can of creamed corn | ||
2 eggs slightly beaten | ||
1 cup sour cream | ||
1/2 cup margarine,melted | ||
1 (16oz) can of whole kernel corn,drained | ||
1 package of Jiff corn muffin mix | ||
1 tbs sugar |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Spoon mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
