Baked Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz) can of creamed corn
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup margarine,melted
  • 1 (16oz) can of whole kernel corn,drained
  • 1 package of Jiff corn muffin mix
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Spoon mixture into a ┬ábaking dish.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
