Barbecued Rabbit

Ingredients

  • 1 (3lb) rabbit, cleaned
  • 1 and 1/2 tbs of vinegar
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 tbs of dry mustard
  • 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 bottle of chili sauce
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • Mix all ingredients, except rabbit.
  • Cook rabbit over hot coals, turning frequently and basting with the sauce.
