Chili Mango Salsa
Ingredients
2 mangoes, peeled sliced and diced | ||
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped | ||
juice of 1 lime | ||
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped with seeds | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to test. | ||
1 small red onion, diced |
- Toss all ingredients together and allow to stand refrigerated covered for 1 hour.
- Great served with fish or pork chops.
