Creamy Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canola oil, divided
  • 2 boxes of Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a baking pan or cast iron skillet with part of the oil.
  • Mix the remaining oil with all other ingredients.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
