Italian Gremolata

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Italian parsley
  • 2 tbs grated lemon peel
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
In Italian cooking Gremolata is used as a condiment. It goes especially with slow cooked meats such as Oso Buco. It is also quite good on chicken or fish.
  • Mix ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Use as a condiment to spread on meat, chicken or fish.
