Quesadilla Quiche

Ingredients

  • 8 ozs of canned green chilies, drained
  • 1 lb of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • guacamole
  • Sour cream
  • Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Grease and 9×13 baking pan.
  • Sprinkle chilies and cheese onto the bottom of the pan.
  • Beat milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth.
  • Pour  the Bisquick mix over chilies and cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
  • Serve with dollops of guacamole and sour cream.
