Sparerib Glaze
Ingredients
1 cup ketchup | ||
1/4 cup mustard | ||
1 tbs hot sauce | ||
1/2 tsp powdered ginger | ||
1/4 cup dark corn syrup | ||
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients and use to baste ribs during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
