Sparerib Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tbs hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients and use to baste ribs during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
