- 1 small head of lettuce, shredded
- 3 tomatoes,quartered
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 cup Fritos, crushed
- 2 cups, cooked pinto beans, drained
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Italian style salad dressing
- Layer all ingredients, except for salad dressing in a salad bowl.
- Just before serving top with Italian dressing.
