Teriyaki Sake Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 2 small pieces of ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tbs white sugar
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • Mix all ingredients together in a glass baking dish.
  • Add desired meat and marinate covered for 24 hours.
  • Then Grill over hot charcoal.
  • Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
